The management team consists of John Allott (Managing Partner), Angie Richardson (Registered Manager), Liz Guilfoyle (Deputy Manager) and Sarah Hutchinson (Assistant Manager).

The management team possess all the relevant accreditations and qualifications. Emphasis is placed on leading the home forward in terms of providing person centred care and the Cedars is pleased to be associated with the University of Bradford and the University of Stirling Dementia Studies Departments.

The Cedars is very aware of the importance of multi-agency working in relation to dementia care and is also represented on a number of local bodies, for example Leeds Integrated Dementia Board.
